The blades produced by our company are made of high-strength hard alloy matrix, fine carbide particles, and advanced PVD/CVD coating. The PVD coating temperature is between 300-450, the CVD coating temperature is between 800-950, and the alloy substrate sintering temperature is between 1380-1460. The thick coating, high precision, wear-resistant blade, high rigidity, and high deformation resistance make the tool suitable for heavy-duty machining.C

General machining and production drilling.

Automotive, aerospace, mold, and general engineering industries.

Ideal for drilling through holes and blind holes.
