Deep Hook Ball Nose End Mill: small-diameter, long-reach coated solid carbide ball nose end mill (commonly known as a micro-diameter long-neck ball end mill). The combination of a miniature ball nose radius and an extended clearance neck allows it to navigate deep, narrow dimensional contours and pocket corners where standard tools would interfere.

Micro Ball Nose & Long-Neck Geometry: Features a miniature spherical cutting tip paired with an extended, reduced-diameter neck. This allows the tool to plunge safely into deep, narrow cavities or along steep walls for multi-axis 3D surface machining without shank rub or tool-workpiece collision.
High-Precision Ball Radius (As shown in the close-up): The spherical cutting edge is meticulously ground to maintain extremely tight contour tolerances (R-angle tolerance). The S-shaped center gash design ensures smooth continuous cutting and excellent chip formation, delivering a mirror-like surface finish.
Advanced Nano-Composite Coating: Finished with a premium bronze/copper-colored thermal-barrier coating (such as TiAlN, AlTiN, or advanced nano-structured coatings).
