The blades produced by our company are made of high-strength hard alloy matrix, fine carbide particles, and advanced PVD/CVD coating. The PVD coating temperature is between 300-450, the CVD coating temperature is between 800-950, and the alloy substrate sintering temperature is between 1380-1460. The thick coating, high precision, wear-resistant blade, high rigidity, and high deformation resistance make the tool suitable for heavy-duty machining.

Provide customized blade grades for specific materials, including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals (such as DLP102, LM718, DLT214).

Economically efficient:
The interchangeable insert design minimizes replacement costs and downtime to the greatest extent possible.

Improve surface smoothness:
The tool has been optimized to achieve high surface quality and reduce post-processing steps.
